Choose new building for Xi'an

Broker House is in Louhan. Mine or farm we cant have. So thats why i chose only 3 buildings.

Guild House and Horse Market cost 270 mil ea (i dont know why but now is a little cheaper then one week ago )

Party Hall costs 180 mil.

Guild House: Louhan doesn't have guild houses so they and us can use it.

Horse Market: in this side of goonzu map, we can't find any horse market (ppl will always buy horse, not all ppl have tiger or wolf, and we have more and more new players in goonzu )

Party Hall: it is only in Athravan. Great for party, everyone loves it:D

Plz choose building which can make good money for town and help us.

Partyhouse:
Dont know anything about it, never heard anything about it, and i dont know if people will use it.

Horsemarket:
Good idea!
BUT, most players who come to our town, are high lvl players(because of Hellgate) but most of them still ride a vixen, so it's a great idea

Guildhouse:
I dont thing people will go all the way to Xi'an to make a guild, it's a lot of marbels were talking about, and do we want to take the risk of loosing so much money.
IF it works, it's great, we will make more money^^ but i think the risk is too high.

My vote goes out for:

Horsemarket

party hall:
dont mak that1. i remember that askaroo hav that building be4. if that is a good building, y they dont keep it...

horsemarket:
how many will come 2 train in our city? cuz of the tiger, lot of people dont use vixen or horse. in future, it will hav other "horse" lik tiger. the business of horse market wont be 2 good...

guildhouse:
as caesium say: "i dont think people will go all the way to xian to mak a guild".

so, no party hall. only horsemarket n guildhouse. n both hav risk.

EVERY1, IF WE MAK A HORSEMARKET. WHO WILL TRAIN HORSE IN OUR CITY?
IF WE MAK A GUILDHOUSE. WHO WILL MOV THEIR GUILD IN TOWN OR CREAT A NEW 1?

i hav vote for the guildhouse,
cuz if dont sell horse (use horsemarket) the horsemarket dont get any$.
but the guildhouse is different, if u dont want anymore the guild, u hav 2 wait until u dont hav $ inside the guild
(not lot of people know trick 2 delete a guild)(i wont tell my trick )
so thats y guildhouse is better than horsemarket.

I don't know, but I think HorseMarket don't give many marbles,

high lvl ppl have tiger or wolf and they make marbles for our HorseMarket,
low lvl ppl don't have many marbels for horse and THEY HUNT in:
TT, Aoij Coal Mnie, Monkey HS and they have HorseMarket in Naos, Talasha, Lahore (?).
Xi'an is very far from Talasha and horse trainers sell horses in this city :/

So I think this don't be a good.

Maybe Party Hall
I don't know, how much [M] this building give, but we must think about it , this building is cheap, but I don't konw if the ppl use this.

Guild House
I vote on it, becouse I think that give some [M], ppl make many guilds, but the best guids have city were they stay :/.

Now I don't konw what buliding is the best Maybe this funny Party Hall

Well, party hall is cheaper, but also this building will be the "Second" one, so that makes our town more different (and more attracive) then the other towns ^^
My first thought was HORSE MARKET
But because of LuxXxus his points, I choose for PARTY HALL

Why would people go all the way to Xi'an to make a guild?
It's useless because allmost all towns got a guildhouse.(and most people are allready in a guild.)

Horsemarket:
Check out how much people are on a vixen or even a horse! there are a LOT ofplayer who are using a horse. and only 2 other towns got a horse market, so it should be good to have one.


Partyhall:
The chance is too high that we wont make any profit out of it, askaroo had one, and didn't keep it, so why should we even take a look at it?

So HorseMarket is most useful

Im was Head of Horse Market in Naos, HM consume 1 mill each repair and aport only like 2 mill per year, so i think guild is better

But there are too many guild houses already.
And too much Guilds. They already have Guild House in Askaroo and Louhan thought.
So my opinion still is HorseMarket. Horses and Vixens are still popular ^^

some advertisement should help ppl to open guild in our town..
idk bout hm.. i can only see 1 vixen sold a day.. maybe 2.. oO

The Guild House would most likely be the most used building once it fills up a bit. I think starting off would be slow, but we can move our guilds to Xi'an to give it a little head start. All active GoonZu players (i'd say at least 90%) are members of a guild, and with many new guilds appearing daily, this is our oppertunity to get a piece of that action. It is true that many other towns have Guild Halls, but i think ours would get some use as well.

I choose Guild House. This is a good way to make money for the town. As for Horse market, it doesnt make barely money~the head would make less money in taxes then it would take to repair everyday~~

Party Hall~costs how much to make a party? 1mill i think, but i dont like it, hold a party for ur friends, and all the gifts go to others~

p.s I forgot to mention be4 that many players will be around places like Lahore~Talasha etc.~ so Horse Market would only be good for townies selling, barley buying

Personally, just to put in my two cents, I think we may make the most money out of a Horse Market. Theres none up our way, and, well, I'm not sure how to explain my thoughts n.n. Im running on little sleep, but..

The party hall would be a very risky thing to run, as, personally..I dont think its making too much for the other towns, then again, I could be wrong.

And, with the guild house, I agree with others, not too many people would wish to run all the way up to Xi'an to build I guild.
