Head requirements (^_^)

Hello,
In this post i'd like to advice upcoming Building Heads , that in Xi'an are minimal requirements to consider the application , as follows:

• minimum character lvl : 70
  
• be clean ( w/o dark past ex scamming..etc)
  
• be resident of Xi'an
  
• Help other townies
  
• help town to grow up, ex: help HG head to get dolls, use our NPCs, and buildings
  
• be active player

Good good sry to meddling with it... but maybe lvl 75 for head candidate?

As the town grows, the requirements for head should become slightly stricter i think. because the more people we have to choose from, the more confusing the competition. and i just want whats best for xian. basically the nicest, most experienced people who are willing to put their own time and money into building a town they can call their own for REAL. we can all talk about it some time anyhow. The town might grow on its own but I am more interested in doing it faster.

o.O let it grow on its own it will, everything takes time. hmm.
maybe we should change req for head to lvl 85, just a segestion for the simple reason, should be able to wear flame, for the exception of a capper, skill would need to be required.

I put my hand up, I have experience can I run for perm postion , hmm something like bank what we have to do for this.

Just segestion again!! I want to see replies to what u think, I want to run for bank head and stay that.

I like idea on lvl 85, would narrow it down abit,
and i like capper idea also, 50skill min?

I think the rules are clear,
Only Bank Market and PO for voting, no cap skills needed, or flame armor or whatever.... those idea's totaly suck. sry;)

because for the people who want it
will work hard 4 it and earn lvl 85 o.o or higher

85 for sure I believe it should be for head !! On Goonzu Day its easy to get about 6 lvls from like 80 -85 not on candies hmm

Why would it be stupid i can have no skill for it and be a good head there, All I do is pay DeathNite to cap for me ))

why waste ur money ><
+ id rather have some1 who can cap
donate there own dolls
and donate there tax money
